Today we got to meet little Gabriel William Daniel! He's so sweet and little! This isn't the best pic -- but it's all I could get with the squirming little ones!! We miss the Daniels and can't wait til they come back to EA in a few weeks!

I realized at like 10pm that I hadn't taken a picture yet and I always wanted to try this with a flashlight. Anyways, Daniel and I made this heart and its a little weird- but fun! :)

Constructive Feedback Friday!

This is my first time doing this and i'm excited!!! I'm TOTALLY a beginner but I looooveeee taking photos and hope to get better at it. I have a Nikon D60 and like I said- I'm just learning and getting to know my camera so I almost ALWAYS shoot on AUTO.... I'd like to change that and get more creative but right now I don't even REALLY know what an apeture and fstop and all that is :)

I love this cute pic of these sweet little girls but I took it with the flash and they seem a little washed out and the sun in the background is kinda making the lighting weird. All I did to edit this was crop it in camera. I'd LOVE any suggestions. And honestly, I can't tell y'all any of the EXIF data cause I don't know where to find that! :) HELP! Thanks in advance for your comments!!! Oh, I have photoshop elements 6 for Mac. And i'm still learning that too! This is all new to me y'all!

Today was a pretty day and the sky was SUPER blue- probably the bluest it ever gets in EA... anyways, the sun was out and Charis, Daniel and I took a picture of our shadows on the way back from class.

Day #36 Here's a veggie market outside of our apartment... it's not HEB or Kroger but it works. We just make sure we wash them really well before we eat them!


Day #35 This didn't turn out as cool as I thought it would, oh well- I was going thru a bunch of the DVD's we have accumulated over the past year...(we buy them for like $2 and they aren't legit copies and basically illegal so we won't bring them back into the US when we come home in July) Anways, as I had them all out on the floor I took a pic.... I was not feeling to hott all day today so this is all i've got! :)

Um, I haven't had time to edit this pic yet- cause it's a little grainy and a little dark but here it is anyways... Before we leave east Asia I wanted a picture of our room, and why not put us in it instead of just a boring picture of the bed? :) The walls are a little bare (there should be 2 more pictures up there on the wall...

My sweet hubby made us breakfast in bed and we watched Grey's Anatomy while we ate yummy pancakes. :) He's the best (He's really embarrassed that he doesn't have a shirt on here... and he's really sweet to put up with my OUTTA CONTROL picture taking!)

#32 - Today for our monthly Women's time get together, we dressed up like high schoolers and went to a local arcade to play Dance Dance Revolution. It was fun and we talked like Valley Girls the whole time!

#31 Today I packed my first suitcase to go back to America! 2 months early right?! :) Well, Clancy my sister is coming to visit and she said she'd take some stuff back with her for us! Sweet sister huh? So anyways, here's my first suitcase- many more to come i'm sure. Is it bad it can't close?!

Days 14- 30 :)

Soooo I HAVE been taking pics every day I PROMISE! But our internet is a little slow and it takes more effort to load them on the blog then on facebook. But I promise I'll try to keep up! Brittney you're not alone in the BLOGGER WORLD!

Day #20 We bought this FUN painting- I love it! Can't wait to hang it in my new place in America!

#19 Aggie Muster in the Big City, we met up with a bunch of friends and had Bar B Que and it was GOOD and fun. :)

Day 5

So somehow I skipped day 5? I'm confused how this happened but anyways- here's my day 5 pic. Since Daniel was out of town this weekend, I hung out at our friends house and spent some time with this cute guy. :)

Day 6

Today was a holiday so we didn't have school... we went with some of our east Asian friends to go strawberry picking! It was so much fun. After we picked strawbs we went to this farm with tons of beautiful yellow flowers. We hung out there and played games and ate lunch. Here's my pic of the day from the farm. This pic was kinda an accident but I love the way it came out!

Day 4

Today was fun and productive... I woke up earlier than normal, did the dishes, cleaned the house a little, went grocery shopping at this new store with my friend Emily, and did some laundry!!! And thats what the pic of the day is. A huge pile of LAUNDRY.

Day 3

Today all the girls went out to a lake and had a picnic. Then we went and took a walk on the city wall. The sun even peaked out for a while! It was a lot of fun.

Day 2

Well, today it was much easier to pick a photo because I didn't get to do much today!

We had school from 9am to 4:30pm so all I did was sit in class! Well, thankfully, our teacher agreed to come to our house to have class because the school has no heat and it is still cold here... so anyways, here's my picture for today. I wanted to show off my writing skills ;)

Day 1

Sooooo I was REALLY excited to start today!!! It was beautiful outside so on the way to class I was snapping pictures left and right! After class, I met a few of my sweet friends on campus and we took a few pics together... after that, I got to talk to Allison and KBo on Skype and we took some fun pics too so it was SO HARD to pic a photo today!

I had it narrowed down to 5 of my favorites and Daniel helped me pick the top choice. Here's the winner:

although this is NOT the best picture I took all day, it did describe my day pretty well... here's the reasons why we picked it:
1. It's a self portrait (which is reccomended for Project 365 once a month)
2. Daniel thought it described that I was obsessing about getting a perfect photo for the day so that was what my day was about-- starting Project 365.
3. This was the first time I got to use my new fun REMOTE for the camera! SO neat!

Anyways... I guess it's a fun way to start off the YEAR of pictures! So I wanted to post some of the runner up pictures cause there were a few that I LOVED!
